We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy covers our paid products - Zenithal Pro subscriptions and EmpiricCommander one-time purchases. Tappie, Tappie-py, and our Chrome extensions are free, so this policy does not apply to them.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund - no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Zenithal Pro monthly subscriptions (first payment only)
  • Zenithal Pro annual subscriptions
  • EmpiricCommander one-time purchases

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at contact@empiricapps.com with the following information:

  • The product (Zenithal Pro or EmpiricCommander)
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your order number or transaction ID (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
  • Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Zenithal Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Zenithal Pro subscription at any time:

  • Access continues - You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period
  • No automatic charges- Your subscription won't renew after cancellation
  • Revert to Free- After your period ends, you'll continue with the Free tier

To cancel, visit your Account page and access the Lemon Squeezy billing portal, or contact us for assistance.

EmpiricCommander One-Time Purchases

EmpiricCommander uses a one-time purchase model - there is no subscription to cancel. Within the 14-day money-back guarantee window, you can request a full refund as described above. After that period, the license remains valid for the current major version, and refunds are considered case-by-case (see below).

Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues - If a paid product has a bug that prevents you from using core functionality, and our support team cannot resolve it
  • Accidental renewal - If you meant to cancel a subscription but were charged by mistake (please contact us promptly)

We do not offer refunds after 14 days for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the software
  • Failure to cancel before a scheduled subscription renewal
  • Incompatibility with third-party software or system configurations
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. When you cancel a Zenithal Pro subscription, you retain access until the end of your paid period but will not receive a refund for the remaining time.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, payment processing, and refund transactions securely.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
